Condolences
Our prayers are with you Margaret.
May the God of comfort grant you His peace and love.

Rich was a friend from the time we were eleven..... Bill farmed the land South of our elevator, the land just East of the underpass on Rt4.... He came to the field with his dad and they came over to the elevator for a cold coke... we were friends from then on... we had good times in high school.. there was only about a half dozen of us "cowboys" in school... we wore boots and rode horses... Melvin Klaus, Bill Lange, Dan Lot.... we had cowboy in common.... Rich was shop forman at Ketrings mid 60's, I was purchasing agent there then.. we gave North End Tavern way too much business then... Rich had a purty good runnin' 440 Dodge, but it just couldn't catch that red Chevy in the quarter North of town, along the field where we first met... we shared family life til '69 when I moved to Texas... we had visited a few times in the passing years .. Rich was the first kid I ever met that went to South School... he ended my fear of that "unknown variety" of people... my condolences to family and friends... soon, we will ride together again..... Rich was one of the good guys.....
As a classmate of Rich, I too want to extend my sympathies to his family. I am so sorry for you loss -- and ours. From Rod Ruberg, Class of 63
May Richard have felt God's presence in his time of need!
Mark and family..so sad to hear about your dad....I am going to be gone during his visitation and funeral...but will keep you in my prayers.
So very sorry...
Jan
