Jurlene Bording, 90, of Carlinville, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Lakeside Health Care in Carlinville, IL.
Jurlene, "Jerri", was born May 10, 1934, in Stoddard Township, MO, a daughter of Otto and Gustie Roper Wills. She married Clifford H. Bording on May 18, 1957, in Bell City, MO.
Jerri was a devoted member of Memorial Christian Church in Carlinville, IL. Jerri was a homemaker. She was the owner operator of Inside Story Gift Shop in Carlinville. At one time, she was manager of the Plaza Gift Shop that was owned by the Schien family.
Jurlene was preceded in death by her spouse, Clifford H. Bording, her parents, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
There will be no services for Jurlene Bording.
Jerri is survived by her daughter, Teri (Jon) Cerar of Carlinville, IL, son, Clay Bording of CA, son, Carson Bording of Chicago, IL, grandson, Josh Cerar, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Memorial Christian Church.
