James Patrick "Pat" Drury, 54, of Carlinville, passed away Saturday afternoon, October 19, 2024, at his residence in Carlinville, IL.

Patrick was born on November 30, 1969, to James and Mary Helen (Bowyer) Drury in Springfield, IL.

Pat was a self-employed carpenter and was known as a fix-it-man, many times fixing or repairing something that no one else could fix. He loved making crafts. Pat enjoyed his social life and knew no stranger. Pat grew up in the Catholic faith and was a member of Ss Mary and Joseph Catholic Church in Carlinville.

James is survived by his son, Jaymes Andrew Drury of Carlinville, IL; two brothers, Tobias Eugene (Lori) Drury of Baton Rouge, LA and Ryan Christopher (companion, Christine Boyd) Drury of Okawville, IL; Tracy Little, mother of his twin sons; nephews Mason Drury and Aidan Drury, and niece Kelsey Drury.

James was preceded in death by parents, James Walter and Mary Helen Drury, and twin son, Conner Patrick Drury.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 25, 2024, from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Carlinville, IL.

Memorials are suggested to his son Jaymes' education.
