Condolences
Brad and Family,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a great and kind man. He will be missed by so many with his kind and caring ways about him. He was so much a part of and influence in my life growing up. May you find peace and comfort in the prayers of others to help you through this difficult time.
Love and Hugs to you and your family.
Patricia
Sending prayers, condolences and sympathy to the family. I enjoyed my association with both Don and Hazel during my early years in Girard. May their memory always be a blessing.

I’m saddened to hear of Don’s passing. He so interesting to talk to about Girard history. But he will join “ dimples”.
Don was a great person and cared so much for others. Hugs and prayers Donna, Brad, family and friends

Donna:
Don and I had a great time at the store in Morrisonville. When the truck would come in,he would call and tell me. I would go over, and we would look at all the shipment, whether it be toys, clothes or candy for Christmas. These were fun times that I will never forget, as I was the first person to see what he was going to put on the shelves. We even started the first Halloween Parade in Morrisonville, and Hazel came over to help us. He was a great guy, and I am sure his oldest grandson will really miss him.I had Zane in school, and he would come to the library with Don almost every week. Wishing the family and friends a song in your heart, sunshine after the clouds, and a rainbow after the rain.

The loss of our dear neighbor Donald is deeply felt. His gentle and friendly actions spread warmth in our alley for the past 60 years. We will sorely miss his kind gestures, especially his cherishing calls for Brownie around the block. His adeptness at horseshoes brought delightful games with my brother to treasure. He demonstrated thoughtfulness in abundance and was truly a man of good spirit. May he rest in peace, he leaves behind an unforgettable presence that we will always cherish.
Donna: Such a good guy your dad was to my Dad, my Mom and my brother, Rick. I always, always enjoyed running into him (and your Mom) when we lived in Girard and talking about anything and everything. He was a great and faithful friend to my family. I know he and my Dad and Rick shared a warm handshake and a pat on the back when Don arrived in heaven. He was one of a kind. My utmost condolences to you at this time! Sue Sandage Chambers
Well done good and faithful servant of the Lord. Don's love for his Lord was evident in the life he lived and the love he shared with others. That peace that is beyond all human understanding was his anchor in this life without his beloved Hazel and in his many health battles. Forever restored and in the presence of his Lord, Don is truly home at last. Our prayers for his family and many friends.
