Im sorry I couldn’t make it to the service. Phil was a great person and an even better brother in law. Enjoy his memories. Im sure his brothers are seeing who can tell the biggest stories. Love to you all.

I enjoyed bantering with Phil .He always greeted me with "Hello easy money. " My sympathies to the family.

Gosh where does a person begin when it comes to Phil Starks,well a very ornery guy,and he enjoyed every moment of it!!But he was also very happy and definitely loved being a bullsh***.Had many great talks over the years,he will be so missed by so many.Tony worked with Phil at Cisco for many years.Our sincere prayers are with all his family.The world has lost a genuine guy with so much character .Rest in Peace Phil !!
