What a joy Sally was. I remember how kind and supportive she was of me through the child/teen years.. and would often come with a group of ladies to see me perform in Musicals in my adult life. I have several cards from her, which I cherish. She will be missed by the community and remembered fondly by her friends. Peace and prayers for comfort to her family.

My condolences and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time. I know your mother will be greatly missed by you and by all the lives she touched in her special way but she will live on in your hearts and all the stories shared as the sweetheart she always was to everyone.

Sally was one of a kind. She was always bubbly and full of joy. She would leave special surprises at my desk while I worked at the Recorder. I will repeat Crystal's quote "There should be more Sally Jessen's in the world!" She will be missed by a lot of people and I know especially by her family. Fly high Sally, you now have wings.

When I graduated from Girard High School in 2007, Sally sent me a card telling me how proud she was of the achievements I accomplished up to that point. She also wished me great success & with the guidance of my parents, that my dreams would become a reality. I still have that card 16 years later. I will treasure that card forever. I wish there were more Sally Jessens in this world. She really left a lasting legacy. She will be sorely missed. Heaven gained a bright light.

Sally was a wonderful woman. Kind, caring about everyone. She was my friend. She always told me were alike. Not complaining, always saying "I am okay" when we really weren't.
