We pray God's comfort and strength and wisdom for Vince's family. Vince loved his family deeply and lived his life supporting them in theirs. It was a long journey of fighting that cancer. Vince will be missed by many.

I’m so sorry to hear of Vince’s passing. I know he put up a brave fight and, even in his last days, appeared to be the happy person I remember from the old neighborhood. My condolences to everyone.

Our hearts are saddened to hear of Vince's passing, but we take comfort knowing that he is at peace and without pain. Vince was such a wonderful man who we admired greatly. He was honest, caring, was there for anyone who needed his assistance, so loving, proud of his family and a man of his word!! If he told you he would do something to help you out, he followed through on his promise... So many people who crossed his path in life, loved him dearly and he loved them also. Our thoughts and prayers to Susan and his entire family . Godspeed Vince !! We love you always xoxo

I remember when he was first married to my sister, he had a motorcycle and he would take me on rides out on the country roads around Girard and Virden. We became quite close, and used to stop sometimes and just talk about whatever came to our minds. I have always treasured that time we spent together.

I also remember when he sang at Charissa's wedding. It was awful, and beautiful at the same time! It made me cry, it was such a sweet thing for him to do. Keeping promises was his style! He was the sweetest man you would ever want to know. I will miss him being here on earth, and I am confident we will meet again! You will always be family, Vince, and I will always love you.

Vincent was one of my best friends.Over the years, we shared a lot of laughs, a few tears, and some heart felt prayers.

Now, our prayers and condolences are for you, Susan, and Vince's Father and Mother, and the rest of the Jorn and Horn family. Vince is with Jesus now. RIP, my brother.
