To Dan and the Millard Family, So sorry to learn about Shirley's passing and wish to convey my condolences. What a wonderful lady and such a great booster for the entire community. I will always remember the important role she played in helping start the Carlinville Public Schools Foundation by serving as a charter member of the Board of Trustees for several years. She will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Shirley's passing. I have many great memories of her in exercise classes beginning at the Carlinville Area Hospital Health Promotion Center, FitClub, and Fitness-A-Go-Go. She was a very kind and fun lady. Always had a smile and something nice to say. There should be more Shirleys in the world!

Randy knew Shirley as a very kind lady, actually, everyone did. I can easily keep her big smile and positive attitude in my pocket forever. She graced every committee, project or aerobics class I taught. Our lives are better for knowing her. We will miss her.
May you all find the strength to navigate the coming days, weeks and months. Shirley was such a happy, smiling individual who always had a hello for everyone.

Dan, Tim , Chris and family. I've met few women who compare to Shirley. She was embodied everything that is good. She opened her home to us as kids and treated us as family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Dan and family. We enjoyed many good times with Shirley......boating on Lake Shelbyville for years, boat shows to Michigan, a motor trip to Canada and the last few years dinner at the Magnusson. We know she is n a better place now, but we will surely miss her.
