Patsy R. Kaiser-Tinsley, 91 of Ashland, passed away Monday morning, June 4, 2018, at Carlinville Rehab and Health Care in Carlinville, IL.
Patsy was born July 19, 1926, in Springfield, IL, a daughter of Frank and Virginia (Plowright) Kaiser.
Patsy had worked as a Secretary at several businesses and retired from the Department of Defense in Washington, DC.
She will be buried next to her parents.
