So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers. God’s Blessings for strength and comfort-Take care...
Jim's picture says so much about his friendly, cheerful, and open manner as well as his sense of humor. I am the youngest Leach cousin, so my early childhood memories of Jim and Bob were that they seemed more like uncles than cousins. But, when I was a teenager, I fondly remember trips to Chesterfield where I enjoyed listening to the Leach men discuss the world. Their intelligent observations were memorable, and I appreciated that Jim could make me feel like I was part of the conversation.
Having lived in the West for 45 years, I have not seen Jim very much during my adult life, but when I did it was always heartwarming. I particularly remember a good visit with him during my mother's 100th birthday party. He told me about his time in Washington State when he was in the Army, and his memory of all the details was amazing. My thoughts are with you in this time of loss. With love, Judy Graham
You have my sincere sympathy. He was such a nice man; may he rest in peace and may your memories be a blessing.
Sincerely Sorry For the loss of your dad and husband.Thinking of you all at this time of need.

Marcie,
My sincerest condolences on the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Jim and I are cousins, our fathers were brothers. I loved my time spent in Chesterfield visiting my country family. Jimmy, Bobby, and I played together often as young children. Aunt Anna Mae and Uncle Howard always made me feel welcome as did Grandma Rigsby, Anna Mae's mother. We played in the sheep pond, the chicken yard, planted holly hock seeds - fun for a city girl. We grew up and had our own busy lives but kept in touch.
Jim was always cheerful, he worked hard, raised a family and lived his life. God bless and keep you Jimmy.
Sorry to the Leach family. You have our thoughts and prayers. Steph, we love you and we are here for you anytime night or day to talk.
Jim was so genuine and kind to all of us. He gave life to the idea of blooming where planted. His optimism and sense of humor came through more strongly than people who have endured far fewer medical issues.
Jim's mother, my Aunt Anna May, always spoke of those who made her happy as "a tonic." Karen, Stephanie and Marcie certainly share in that. We Leach Cousins are blessed.
Our love to all, as you mourn.
Marilyn, Ron and family.
So sorry to hear about one if my favorite classmates. I enjoyed working with Jim on several committees in high school. He had the funniest sense of humor, we laughed often. Our prayers and sympathies to his wife and family.
