I just heard of Gene's passing after his services. So sorry. He was a great guy. Our hearts go out to you.

I am very sorry for your loss. I am praying for families peace and strength during this difficult time. I just want to share bible promises when"pain and death will be no more" Revelation 21:3-4. Again my condolences.

Sorry to hear about Uncle Gene. I know Aunt Glenda, Carl, and Roger will miss not having him around. He was a good husband and father.

Dear Aunt Glenda, Carl, Roger, and extended Gene Slightom Family,

The passing of Uncle Gene brings great sadness to all who knew him, relatives and friends alike. Uncle Gene was a great person who enjoyed working very hard on the farm and playing baseball with his children and nieces and nephews. Uncle Gene would really get excited about playing baseball with use, even when we did not have much of a place to play. Uncle Gene's presence and wonderful smile will be greatly missed. I am very glad that I got to see Uncle Gene and Aunt Glenda last December and had a great time talking about places and events from the 50's and 60's.
