Condolences
She was a great person was blessed to know her will be misses by all prayers for her family so sorry
Our deepest sympathy to your family. Prayers & hugs.
In the early years of our ministry, Ellen taught me so much about how to visit the elderly. To this day, I still go to the nursing home and visit from room to room just like she showed me to do. Ellen visited with all that were able to receive a visitor and she sat and talked about what was happening in their world and in the world outside. She always went with a prayer and laughter which is missing in so many lives today. A great lady has entered her rest. Blessings to her family and friends!
Our deepest sympathy at the loss of Ellen she was a wonderful person I have such precious memories to cherish Prayers and thoughts are with her family during this difficult time
I have fond memories of Ellen visiting our home and visiting with my parents May and Bob Boggs.... She and her brother Bob would at times eat holiday meals with us.... such a lovely lady! Saddened to learn of her passing but know God will take care of His faithful servant.... my deepest condolences to her family..
Ellen was my Mom’s best friend. They worked together at Parker Seal for more than 30 years. After Mom became unable to live by herself, I brought her to Berea for a visit. Loretta Fitzgerald picked Ellen up and brought her to the hotel to visit. They were like two school kids laughing and sharing memories of times gone by. Mom talked about how much it meant to her to see Ellen again. Mom went to Heaven two years ago.
What a Blessing Ms.Ellen was to me and my life, I would sit with her for hours just listening to her stories. I am happy knowing she is with our Heavenly Father now and all suffering Is gone
I got to know Mawmaw when my parents were both at Heritage and dad was in the same hall with her. I loved her from the start. Feisty and fun and so loving. She and dad were usually not far from each other so I would often have dad on one side of me and Mawmaw on the other. When I would come in and she would see me she would say, “you get yourself over here”. After her stroke one day I sat by her and sang and just held her hand. It broke my heart. After mom and dad both passed away I would go in to see her and once she focused on me she would break out in her wonderful smile. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and thankfully I got my last Mawmaw smile and hug. I will see you in Heaven Mawmaw! It may not be Jackson County Kentucky but I know it will be amazing!!
