Obituary of Twila L. Oller

Twila L. Oller, 86, of Carlinville, passed away Monday morning, August 7, 2017, at Carlinville Area Hospital in Carlinville, IL. 
Twila was born December 25, 1930, in Modesto, IL, the oldest of eight children born to Mervin and Rosella Beard Lomelino.

Twila graduated from Modesto High School as the Valedictorian in 1948

After graduation she went to work for Valley Steel in Carlinville and later moved to the new CISCO Steel Plant in Carlinville where she was the personal secretary to Dan Millard.

Her duties included bookkeeping and payroll. She was employed over 45 years with the Millards. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting and reading.

Twila was preceded in death by her parents and 5 brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Carlinville, IL.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Carlinville with Rev Cliff Woodman officiating.

Burial will follow in Prairie Lawn Cemetery.

Twila is survived by her daughters, Monta (Rick) Stayton of Carlinville, IL, Brenda (Bob) Crouch of Carlinville, IL, Pam Barnstable of Girard, IL, Wanda (Monte) Clevenger of Hettick, IL, 6 grandchilden and 8 great-grandchildren, brothers, Ralph and Donald Lomelino both of Springfield, IL and sister Donna Hancock of Goreville, IL.
