Ruth Carmichael 95 of Carlinville formerly of Arizona, passed away Monday morning, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
Ruth was born January 30, 1922, in Carlinville, IL, a daughter of Harry and Lorayne (Hawk) Mullens.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Dan Lilley, Stewart Herzog, Frank Carmichael, brothers, Karl Mullen and Leroy Mullens.
There will no public services held.
Burial will be in Hettick Cemetery.
Ruth is survived by her brother, Zane (Charlotte) Mullens of Carlinville, IL.
