Obituary of Anna Marie Ruyle Rainey

Anna Marie Ruyle-Rainey, 91, of Carlinville, passed away Tuesday evening, January 24, 2017 at Heritage Health Care in Carlinville, IL. Anna was born on February 27, 1925 to William Charles and Pearl (Scott) Beard in Carlinville, IL. She married Russell Ruyle Sr. on April 16, 1946 in Carlinville, he preceded her in death on November 9, 1975. Anna then married Lee Rainey June 2, 1990 and he preceded her in death on November 26, 1993. Anna was a homemaker and a member of Ss Mary and Joseph Catholic Church in Carlinville. She enjoyed baby sitting taking care of her grandchildren and going to yard sales. Anna is survived by four sons, Russell "Butch" (Linda) Ruyle of Carlinville, IL; Cecil (Maxine) Ruyle of Carlinville, IL; Curt (Bev) Ruyle of Farmersville, IL; Don (Sandy) Ruyle of Gillespie, IL; three daughters, Sally (David) Baum of Gillespie, IL; Lisa Haley of Carlinville, IL; Theresa (Carl) Madden of House Springs, MO; 27 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; brother, William Beard of Carlinville, IL; sister, Sarah (Terry) Clark of Standard City, IL, as well as several nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands; daughters, Helen Greenwalt and Betty Robb; son, James Beard; two brothers, John and James Beard and two sisters, Mary Lomelino and Barbara Morgan. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville, IL. Private graveside services will follow in Rural Cemetery.
