Obituary of Kevin Michael Lehmann

Kevin Michael Lehmann, 47 Years, of Carlinville, passed away Monday morning, December 12, 2016, as a result of a automobile accident south of Springfield, IL. Kevin was born November 19, 1969, in Springfield, IL, a son of Dale and Elizabeth Ann (Walsh) Lehmann. Kevin graduated from Girard High School with the class of 1987 and Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield. He married Destiny Miller on February 7, 2002 in Carlinville, Il and they later divorced. After college Kevin was employed by Kinney Construction of Raymond, worked in the construction field and lately at 109 West as a bartender. Kevin was a people person and put everyone first before his own needs. He loved to cook, collecting hats and most of all taking care of his family. He spent his leisure time riding 4-wheelers with his kids and enjoying the camaraderie of his friends riding his Harley. Kevin coached little league baseball when his boys were growing up. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Denver Bronocs and the Walking Dead. Kevin was preceded in death by parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Carlinville, IL. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am, Friday,December 16, 2016 at Cross Church in Carlinville, IL. Kevin is survived by sons, Kelley (fiance'e Catherine Childers) Lehmann, Jacob Lehmann, Cameron Lehmann, Colin Lehmann all of Carlinville, daughter, Zoey Lehmann mother Courtney Emery of Carlinville, brother, Mark (Nikki Amato-finace'e) Lehmann of Springfield, nieces; Lillian and Vivian Lehmann, several uncles and cousins. Memorials may be made to Carlinville High School Band Boosters. Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Carlinville is in charge of arrangements.
