Lilliana Grace Johnson, 8 month old daughter of Dillian Harbaugh and Heather Napper of Columbus, Ohio passed away Thursday morning August 11, 2016 at the Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Lilliana is survived by her parents; paternal grandparents, Rick and Patricia Burger of Carlinville, IL; maternal grandparents, Matt and Patricia Johnson of Columbus, OH; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Tolles of Atlanta, GA.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at the Hettick Cemetery, in Hettick, IL, with Rev. Jim Allen, officiating.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
