So very sorry to hear of Don's passing. I helped take care of him at the Wound Center. I pray for peace for your family.
I saw Don and Florence when my Dad was at senior apartments next door to Florence's parents. And, at some high school reunions. Don was funny, caring, and probably never met a stranger. He was just a good guy. My condolences to all his family and friends. There is a large gap left in the community with his loss.
Please accept my condolences at Don's death. Janice and Kenneth indicated that the last few weeks had been very difficult. I am so sorry.
My all time great memory of Don was at Lucille and Ray's dinner table during lunch during hay baling season when we were visiting with young children. Don told Craig (our son) that if he would eat something or other (on the table) that it would make him grow hair on his chest. Craig immediately began to eat the aforementioned item but spent the next weeks peeking inside his tee shirt to see if the hair had started to grow! What a wonderful story; what a wonderful memory!
My prayers and thoughts to you all. Jo Ann (Lucille's sister)
My deepest sympathy to Florence and family - God bless you all.
