Condolences
Will be keeping you in ou prayers and thoughts. Janet and Jim shade
To The Family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I also want to share the comfort of John 5:28,29 where we are promised that those who have fallen asleep in death have the hope of receiving a "resurrection" back to life. Life on an earth restored to a beautiful paradise. Psalms 37:11 says, "The meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." While we await that wonderful time please find comfort in these promises. www.JW.org
I have known Dennis for a number of years thru his long time friend Pat. My condolences go out to Pat and her extended family thru Dennis. His smile and friendly conversation will be missed. I will keep him in my prayers. JRV
Denny was a pal, boss at Edinburg, and a great employee at Morrisonville. He will leave a hole in my heart. I will deeply miss his laughter and witt. I was lucky to have met, worked, and totally entrusted him with my life. He had my back as I had for him, he could be trusted to the end. He will trully be missed. Love ya buddy!!!!!!!!!
Am really really sorry to here this. Dennis was a great guy. Sorry for your loss.
So sorry to hear that Cheryl, Tony, and Ronnie. Walter was a friend from way back. So sorry again for your lose.
Dennis I am going to miss talking with you ! I known you all my life and remember talking with you every day as I was heading to work goin thru Edinburg ! You was a great friend !
Dennis was a wonderful man , he impressed me the most with the support he gave my sister Vicki when her daughter Donna was killed in a accident in Edinburg. He had the biggest heart when people needed him. Sending prayers for the family and asking God to spread out his arms to help them in this time of sorrow.
Rest In Peace Dennis , you were a very good friend.
I am terribly hurt to see the passing of Dennis. We were very close for twenty years as we backed each other up and worked each other's picnics in our respective towns and Stonington. Dennis was an authoritarian and a Law Enforcement Officer of uncommon strength.
One quick tidbit was we worked the Edinburg Picnic and a massive drunk (muscles on top of muscles) stood on a picnic table and refused to get down. As we made all others leave as the park was closing and the only remaining was Mr. Drunk Muscles, I ask what are we going to do with him? Dennis said screw him, he can spend the night. We left and he laid down and slept a bit, woke later and walked home. No one got hurt. Smartest move I had seen dealing with a dangerous drunk!
Rest in Peace Dennis, your shift has finally come to a close. You will be missed.
Mark
