Harold L Williamson 73, of Farmersville, died Monday, February 1, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. He was born Sunday, May 3, 1936 in Farmersville, IL, the Son of William and Mabel (Brawner) Williamson. He married Edith (Bufford) in Linn Creek, MO. on September 7, 1978. Harold served as a Second Lieutenant in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a mechanic and helicopter pilot. Harold was a truckdriver for Central Illinois Steel Company in Carlinville for over 33 years. He was a member of Pleasant Dale Baptist Church in rural Girard and was a toy tractor enthusiast and an avid deer hunter. Survivors: Wife, Edith Williamson of Farmersville, IL, Son, William Williamson of Hawk Point, MO, Daughter, Peggy Banks (Special Friend Dan) of Decatur, IL, Son, Paul Williamson (Fiancee Ann) of Decatur, IL, Step-Daughter, Audrey Eastman (Richard) of St. Peters , MO, Step-Son, Christopher Howing of St. Louis, MO, 5 Grandchildren, 4 Step-Grandchildren, 5 Great- Grandchildren, 5 Step- Great Grandchildren, Sister, Ann Walden of Girard, IL, Sister-In-Law, Ilene Williamson of Virden, IL. He was preceded in death by a brother and granddaughter. Funeral Information Friends and family my call from: 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday, February 5 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Girard, IL Memorial service will at 7:00 P.M., Friday, evening at Davis-Anderson with Rev.
