Obituary of Cathy J. Boehler

Cathy J. Boehler 49, of Girard, passed away Wednesday morning, July 17, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. Cathy was born on December 19, 1963 to Allen and Carol Ann (Rhine) Boehler in Litchfield, IL and was a 1982 graduate of Girard High School. Cathy worked for R&R Book Bindery in Girard as a floor supervisor for 30 years and operated Stinker Butt Productions for several years. She enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, collecting Coca Cola memorabilia, reading, poetry, mowing the yard and spending time in the outdoors. Cathy was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Ohio Buckeye fan. She was happiest when surrounded by her nieces and nephews, her stinkerbutts. Cathy is survived by her parents, Allen and Carol Ann Boehler of Waggoner; companion, Betty Wilkinson of Girard; 2 brothers, Scott (Julie) Boehler and Alex Boehler both of Girard; 2 sisters, Christy Boehler (companion, Heather) of Farmersville and Carrie (Kevin) Seago of Girard; nieces and nephews, Sarah (Josh) Colvin, Samantha and Jordan Boehler, Chase and Chandler Seago, as well as a great nephew, Owen Weston Colvin. Funeral Information Visitation will be held Friday afternoon, July 19, 2013 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Girard, IL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Cliff Woodman officiating. Burial will follow at Sulpher Springs Cemetery, rural Waggoner.
