Harold Eugene Walden
age 76, of Hettick, Il died in St.Louis, Mo at Jefferson Barricks VA Hospital.
Born September 7, 1931 in Chesterfield, IL he was one of twelve children born to the late Harley and Vera (Conners) Walden. On November 19, 1971 he took Julia Rose Robbins as his bride in Hettick, IL. Harold retired as the Road Commissioner for the Barr Township in rural Hettick and was a member of Girard VFW, Palmyra American Legion, Masonic and Eastern Star in Palmyra, IL, Moose Lodge in Carlinville, IL and Flat Landers Black Powder Club. During the Korean Conflict, Harold served as a Corporal in the United States Army.

The Walden's will greet family and fiends, Thursday, August 7, 2008 from 5:00 to 7:00 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville.
Graveside service will be held Friday, Aug. 8, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Bethel Ridge Cemetery in rural Atwater, IL. Donations Information
