Marcille Steiner

90, of Carlinville, passed away Friday, April 9, 2010 at Carlinville Area Hospital.

Marcille was born Saturday, February 7, 1920 in McVey, Illinois, the Daughter of Fred and Callie (King) Baines.

She married Fred Steiner in Farmersville,Illinois on August 10, 1941and he passed away on 2001

Mrs. Steiner graduated from Farmersville High School and was a homemaker.

She was a member of St.Paul's United Church of Christ in Carlinville, was the first woman to serve on the church council and sang in the choir for many years.

Surviving are Son, David (Janet) Steiner of Carlinville, IL, Daughter, Ann Steiner of Springfield, IL, Brother, Lee Baines of Virden, IL, Sister, Velda McNew of Litchfield, IL, Sister, Virginia Jones of Auburn, IL, Grandson, Quinn (Stacey) Steiner, Great Granddaughters, Morgan Steiner and Corinne Steiner and Great Grandson, Michael Byots.

She was preceded in death by Parents, Brothers: Melvin, Stewart and Fred Baines. Funeral Information

Visitation will be held 10:00 to 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 13 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Davis Anderson Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Carlinville, IL
