Lorraine A. Sokovich

Lorraine A. Sokovich, age 88, of Watertown, Wisconsin, formerly of Girard, passed away in her sleep on Friday, February 8, 2008 at at Highland House in Watertown, Wisconsin. She was born on January 1, 1920, in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Frederick and Emma (Koerth) Reigler. Lorraine married Alex Sokovich on February 25, 1944, in Manassas, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death.

Lorraine was a homemaker as well as working for the Lutheran Group Home in Girard. She served her country as a marine during World War ll.

She is survived by four children: daughters Suzanne Murray, husband Robert, of Terre Haute, Indiana and Lori Williams of Chicago, Illinois. Sons Alex, wife Nancy, of Black Earth, Wisconsin, and Ron, wife Carol, of Watertown, Wisconsin. Nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. Several nieces and nephews survive.

Lorraine is preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Emma Reigler, her husband of forty-seven years, Alex, brother Robert Reigler, and sister Phyliss Matzke. Funeral Information

Friends may call at the Davis-Anderson Funeral Home on Tuesday, Februery 12th, from 4 - 6:00 P.M.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 13th, at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Rev. Robert Gray will officiate.

Burial will be in the Girard Cemetery. Donations Information
