Condolences
My condolences are offered to Mrs. Schien's family. She was a take-charge, business woman and my father (John Campbell) said she took great notes with every phone call. He advised me to model her ability to keep records that no one could question.
Richard, Jim, Linda, Nancy and family. I am sorry for your loss. I feel very privilidged to have known Norma and shared time with her. Your memories will be so kind and plentiful.
Richard and Linda, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Richard's mother. I am sure that she was a special lady and will be deeply missed. Take care and God bless!!
To the Schien families, so sorry for the loss of your Mother and Grandmother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Norma embodied the spirit of a strong and loving woman. I think of sitting across the table from her and listening as she told stories about her life and the lives of her family. She was always gracious and always humble, and from within, there was always a spark that let those around her know that she was filled with a love of life. May her memories comfort you always.
We are truly sorry for your loss. Please extend our sympathies to all of your families.
Our heartfelt sympathy to all of the Schien family during this time. Norma was such a talented person in all that she did. She will certainly be missed by her family and all who knew her. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you at this time.
Sorry to hear of your loss. My dad, Alred Lair, worked at Schiens several years ago and always spoke highly of your mom. Your family is in my prayers.
Hi Richard - So sorry to hear of your Mother's passing but know she is in her heavenly home. I always enjoyed getting to talk with her through the years. I remember one Thanksgiving I spent with her and your Dad with Uncle Harry and Aunt Lillie and my Mother. God's best to you and all the family. We will miss her.
I send my sympahy to the family. Aunt Norma was a great inspiration for me as a child and also during my adult years. I always thought very highly of Uncle John and Aunt Norma and loved to visit with them. I am so glad I was able to see her and have a great visit with her Thanksgiving Day. I will send a donation to the church this week.
Dear Richard: I am sorry I can't attend your Mother's visitation, but my thoughts are with you. When I read her obituary, I thought what a great lady and what a blessing to her family. I offer my heartfelt condolence. Respectfully Jim Markwell
Our deepest sympathy to the Schien family. We were very privileged to know Norma. What a lovely lady she was and so talented in many ways. She is an inspiration to us. We will miss her.
So sorry to learn of Norma's passing. She was a special lady and ahead of her time in many ways. May you be comforted to know others are thinking of you.
Norma was always such an inspiration to me and all of the members of the Carlinville United Methodist Church. Norma and John were some of the first ones to make a financial contribution to the building of the new Thayer United Methodist Church. They were so thoughtful to their pastor and family at Chritmas with their generosity. Again, I will always remember her as I read Proverbs 31. she really filled the bill.
God's blessing upon her soul. May she and John continue their wonderful works of loive in heaven. God bless, Pastor Bob and Martha Sabo
Sending my love and deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear mother/grandmother. Norma was a very talented lady...so willing to share her gifts with her church and community!
We have such memories of John and Norma when we played cards with them. Knew she was a great lady first time I (Polly) met her. Always gave her a hug.
You have our deepest sympathy.
Thinking of the Schien family. Norma was a wonderful person.
When we moved to Carlinville Norma was quick to have us to their house for supper, making us feel welcome. In church she always was smiling and willing to help in any way. She was an inspiration of love to her family and all who knew her. We will miss her, but she's having a great time in heaven with John, and all family and friends who have gone before.
So sorry to hear about the loss of your mother/grandmother. A lovely lady...she will be sadly missed. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
