Dawn Meyer
67, of Carlinville, passed away, Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at her residence.
She was born Sunday, September 26, 1943 in Jerseyville, IL, the daughter of Luther Atchison and Shirley (Greenwood) Atchison Ballard.
She married Steve Meyer in Greenfield on February 29, 1980.
Dawn graduated from Jerseyville High School class of 1961.
Dawn retired in 2000 from the Macoupin County Mental Health Department after 12 years as a crisis counselor.
Survivors: husband, Steve Meyer of Carlinville, son, Martin Lyles (Julie) of Carlinville, grandchildren, Alexis and Steven and brother, Richard Ballard of Dallas, TX.
She was preceded in death by sister Patsy Atchison. Funeral Information
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 Saturday Nov. 6, 2010 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville, IL.
Private burial will be in Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Carlinville. Donations Information
