Shirley J. Maberry

Shirley J. Maberry, Age 65, of Warner Robins, Georgia, formerly of Carlinville, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. Shirley was born June 27, 1942, the daughter of John C. and Frances G (Scott) Carter. She married David E. Maberry in 1958 in Cusseta, Georgia. He preceded her in death on March 28, 2000.

Mrs. Maberry was the manager of Jubelt's Bakery in Carlinville for many years and was a member of Carlinville Southern Baptist Church.

Shirley is survived by two sons: Tony Maberry (Shalena) of Carlinville and Dennis Maberry (Carolyn) of Virden, two daughters: Deborah Anderson (Steve) and Tammy Bone (Kevin), both of Carlinville, fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, four sisters, two brothers, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, five brothers and one sister. Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 25th at 11:00 A.M. at the Carlinville Southern Baptist Church. Dr. Ronald Rhodus will officiate. Entombment will be at Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery - Mausoleum of Valor, in Carlinville.
