Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Lehmann

Elizabeth Ann Lehmann 65, of rural Girard, passed away Friday morning, September 27, 2013 at her residence in Girard, IL. Ann was born on September 25, 1948 to Paul and Viviene (Poe) Walsh in Peoria, IL. She graduated from Manuel High School in Peoria and later married Dale Lehmann in June 1969. Ann worked for the state of Illinois for 23 years and spent the last 13 years as an office associate for the Department of Health Care and Family Service with the bureau of long term care. She enjoyed classic movies and shopping for her children and grandchildren. Most of all Ann loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Ann is survived by 2 sons, Kevin Lehmann of Carlinville and Mark Lehmann of Springfield, IL; 7 grandchildren, Kelley, Jake, Cameron, Colin, Zoey, Lillian and Vivienne Lehmann; 3 brothers, J.P. Walsh of Girard, James (Diane) Walsh of Leland, IL and Robert Walsh of Newark, DE, a half brother, John (Virginia) Walsh of Oklahoma City, OK, as well as several nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Lehmann; parents, Paul P. and Viviene Walsh and a brother, William Stanley Walsh. Funeral Information Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, September 29, 2013 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 10:00 am at Carlinville United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Sabo, officiating. Burial will take place in Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery. Donations Information Memorials are suggested to the North Mac Sports Boosters.
