Condolences
I had the pleasure of working with Barry at the Secretary of State's Office in Springfield. He was always in good humor and always went out of his way to help people. I know that all of his family will miss him greatly. ((Special condolences to Kirk and wife---Kirk, this is Betty from Casey's in Litchfield)
Barry and my husband were friends for many years. I worked with Donna at the hospital and we had some good times together. The family has my sympathy. He is in heaven with my husband now

Friends and family, I am originally from Granite City, Illinois and left there in 1950 to joion the USFA. Barry and I tlaked about Granite City a number of times. We had some common aquaintances from Granite. I took my mower to him to be worked ona a number of times. I was always satisfied. My Prayers are with all of you, God bless,
Pastor Bob
Barry was a special friend to my husband, Jerry Killam, when they worked together at D & D Ford back in the late 1970's. They were always pulling jokes on each other and on their customers - both of them trying to out-do the other with their pranks! He was a good person, and will be missed by his many friends.
We are very sorry to hear of Barry's passing. We had recently been reading Mom's journals, where she had written about her and Bud's special love for Barry, and of the many prayers and visits during his ordeal when he was bitten by the horse.
We know he was welcomed with open arms in Heaven by the many wonderful family members who have crossed over before him.
We will hold your family very close in thought and prayer.
Barry you will be missed dearly, you were the only one allowed to call Ole Lady, from Oil of Olay for ladies. You were a hoot and a great friend. Our sympathy goes out to your family as they deal with the tough days ahead. I will see you again someday.
We will miss Barry. he was always so kind to us and to our family.
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Barry. I was a classmate with Barry and graduated with him from Mt. Olive Community High School in 1959. In 2009, our class celebrated our 50th Class Reunion and Barry attended. We all had a joyous time celebrating after 50 years. I think I can speak for all the classmates of 1959 in saying that we will all miss him. Barry, may you rest in Peace.
