Obituary of Marge Klaus

Marge Klaus 58, of Carlinville, passed away Tuesday evening, November 2, 2010 at her residence. She was born Thursday, December 20, 1951 in Ridgway, IL, the daughter of Clarence "Bud" and Marcella "Sally" (Koester) Drone. She married Michael Klaus in Carlinville, IL on December 20, 1985. She was a member of Ss Mary & Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed bowling. Her passion was making beaded jewelry for friends and family. Marge was loved for her quick wit and lighting up a room with her infectious laughter. Marge worked as a secretary for H & H Construction in Carlinville for several years before accepting a position at Ss Mary & Joseph Catholic Church in Carlinville. Survivors: husband, Michael H. Klaus of Carlinville, IL, son, Heath Justin Hammann (Christina) of Brighton, IL, two daughters, Alicia Dawn Hammann and Courtney Marie Klaus of Carlinville, IL, two grandchildren, Makenzy & Bailee Hammann , three brothers, Edwin Drone (Charlotte) of San Angelo, TX, Victor Drone (Joy) of Fredericksburg, VA, and Joseph Drone (Nancy) of Eldorado, IL, four sisters, LaVerne Fry (Bill) of Eldorado, IL, Sister Alicia Drone ASC of Effingham, IL, Sister Raphael Drone ASC of Liberia, Africa, and Ada Kelam of Eldorado, IL, as well as, several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, November 8, 2010 at Ss Mary & Joseph Catholic Church. Prayer service at 3:45 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, 10:00 A.M. at Ss Mary & Joseph Catholic Church, 2010 East First South, Carlinville, IL. Burial will be in New Calvary Cemetery in Carlinville.
