Obituary of Edna Anna Mae Jamieson

Edna Anna Mae Jamieson 80, of Carlinville, passed away Wednesday morning, February 13, 2013 at Heritage Health Care in Carlinville, IL. Edna was born on November 7, 1932 to John and Dessie (Ritchie) Crays. She married Raymond E. Jamieson on June 13, 1948 in Carlinville and he preceded her in death in 2004. Edna was a grocery clerk at Harmon's AG and Carl's IGA Store for several years. She was famous for her lemon pies and always enjoyed her children, grandchildren and loved them dearly. Edna is survived by her son, Dale (Betty) Jamieson of Carlinville; daughter, Cathy Jo (David) Kanllakan of Chesterfield, IL; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Velma Fones of Carlinville and several nieces and nephews. Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; parents, John and Dessie Crays; brothers, Harold "Slim", Arthur "Rusty", Jerry and Charles "Chuck" Crays; sisters, Alice Rhodes, Dorothy Henson, Iloa Dunn and Delores Crays. Funeral Information Visitation will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville, IL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 10:30 am at the funeral home in Carlinville with Rev. Cliff Woodman officiating. Burial will follow in the Shipman Cemetery.
