Clarence A. Hunt
Clarence A. Hunt, 91, of Carlinville died Thursday, December 11, at Heritage Manor in Carlinville.
He was born October 27, 1917 in Dexter, Missouri, the third child of the late Amiel A. and Ellen Rutlidge Eaton Hunt. He married Agnes L. Lacy in Piggott, AR on May 8, 1938. She preceded him in death on April 20, 1999.
Clarence farmed in the Carlinville area in his early years, then was a carpenter for Bellm Construction in Carlinville for thirty plus years. He was known as a "Hard Worker" and a "True Country Gentleman" by his family and friends. He loved woodworking, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoyed saw sharpening and traveling in his RV.

Hunt of Carlinville, Daughter, LaDonna Ciesielski (Ronald) of Plainview, 8 Grandchildren: Bruce and Darrell Jacobus, Delores Bridgett, Richard and Danny Killam, Shelley Williams, Cynthia Miller, and William Ciesielski, 11 Great-Grandchildren: Jay and Dane Killam, Amanda and Tyler Killam, Dalton and Kristen Williams, Joshua, Julia, Jillian and Isabell Ciesielski, and Sirenidy Perez, 1 Great-Great-Granddaughter: Allie Killam 1 Grand-Goddaughter: Danielle Snodgrass, Sister, Allean Triplett of Dexter, MO, Sister, Evelina Metcalf of Clever, MO, Several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation: 4 - 7:00 P.M., Friday, December 12, at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville.
Services: 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 13, at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home. The Rev. Bax Maggart will officiate.
Burial: Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Carlinville. Donations Information
