Obituary of Weldon Eugene Hill

Weldon Eugene Hill Weldon Eugene Hill, 72, of Carlinville, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Carlinville Area Hospital. He was born Sunday, December 13, 1936 in Grassy Missouri, the Son of the late William Hill and the late Myrtle (Pitman) Hill. He married the late Loretta M. Cambell in St. Charles, Missouri on January 8, 1954. She preceded him in death on November 29, 1998. Weldon was a SP4 in the US Army. He was a Salesman for the John Deere dealership in Carlinville for 32 years. Survivors: Son, Jeff Hill of Huntsville, Alabama, Son, Mark Hill of Carlinville, Grandson, Joshua Hill of Nashville, Tennessee, Great-Granddaughter, Zoe Hill of Nashville Tennessee, Brother, Gary Hill of Cahokia, Illinois. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded by his son Greg Hill, brother John Hill and sister Willie Vatole. Funeral Information Visitation: Saturday, from 9:30 until time of graveside service at Charity Cemetery. Services: 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Charity Cemetery.
