Condolences
"Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. . . (Matthew 5:28, 29). The hope of the resurrection of our loved ones is like an anchor for us. We have solid reasons to believe in the resurrection (John 11:11, 25, 26, 43; Titus 1:2).
Our Heavenly Father Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) invites us to draw close and throw all anxiety on him because he cares for us (James 4:8; 1Peter 5:7).
I met Mardell at Illinois National Bank back in the early 60's and we became friends fast. We've stayed in touch through five decades and she was always a smiling, happy person. I'm so glad I stopped to see my buddy this past January. I will miss talking to her immensely. Rest in peace sweet lady and my sincere condolences to everyone in her family.
So sorry to hear this, her and I worked together for many years, and I loved her to death, she was a great friend and hard worker.
Marlene was a great friend in our High School years. So sorry we lost touch in our "grown-up" years. Great woman.
Mardell and I were classmates...She and I enjoyed dancing together...At a high school reunion about 12 years ago, she and I had the nicest chat. She was a hard working, sacrificing woman, and I give her credit. My sympathy to her family and to her sister. May she rest in peace...Dave Tucker
Mardell and I reconnected just last year and enjoyed our weekly chats about family, our lives after high school, etc. Prayers for her family at this time of sorrow.
