63 of Carlinville, passed away Wednesday evening, April 1, 2015, at his residence in Carlinville, IL.
Joseph was born June 29, 1951, in East Saint Louis, IL, a son of James & Geraldine (Adams) Hagan.
Joseph worked for the rail road in Wood River, IL as a welder. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.
Joseph is survived by his companion, Janet E. Blanford of Carlinville, IL, son, Eric (Sherry) Hagan of TX, son, Joseph Hagan, Jr. of Titusville, FL, 4 granddaughters, brother, James (Kathy) Hagan of Gillespie, IL, brother, Alva (Michelle) Hagan of Gillespie, IL, brother, Stephen (Karen) Hagan, sister, Linda Hagan of Effingham, IL, sister, Kim Kusmierz (Jeff) of Caledonia, MI, sister, Donna Hagan of Effingham, IL, sister, Opal Swan (Steve) of Brandenton, FL and several nieces and nephews.
