Condolences
My deepest sympathy to the Greenwalt family for the loss of Jeena. May her joy of life, passion to serve people with disabilities, her bright smile live on forever.
My deepest sympathy to the Greenwalt family on the loss of your dear Jeena. We all mourn her passing because of how she touched those she met with her sincere and caring spirit. She had a joy for life, a passion for serving individuals with special needs, and always a twinkle in her eye that hinted at her fun loving personality. Truly an exceptional recreation professional, but most importantly a person that exuded warmth and charm and character like a fountain continually bubbling over. Irrepressible and irreplaceable. Rest in peace Jeena. I am honored to have met you.
Have enjoyed every time with Jeena and fortunate to work with her on the NEDSRA board. She accomplished a lot in a short time as our Executive Director. A wonderful person with a fabulous spirit. Thank you for your contribution to people with disabilities. You did make a difference in the lives of so many.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to entire Greenwalt family. May she rest in peace.
Andy Mahkovtz and Family,

So sorry to hear of Jeena's passing. I can still see that curly haired little girl sitting in the back of her dad's pickup going back and forth on the roads in Honey Point Township.
Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so saddened by the news of Jeena's passing. She was such a special person. I feel privileged to have known her, and especially to have been her fifth grade teacher. I will always hold the memory of her close to my heart, and will never forget her wonderful smile, and loving personality. All the Greenwalt family have my deepest sympathy.
I had the privilege of meeting the Greenwalt family a few years ago. Stayed over night with Tootie, Richard and the girls and had the best time - laughed all night. Was made to feel like part of the family. Talked with Jenna a few times after that and really enjoyed her positive outlook on life and family. She was a wonderful person and I am sure Tootie was waiting with open arms. Thoughts and prayers to the Greenwalt family.
It's been many years, but I can't forget the Greenwalt girls. I'm saddened that cancer has taken another brave soul. A life never ends as long as the good memories are kept alive. I'm sure you have plenty of those to last forever. May God give you peace and comfort as you celebrate Jeena's life. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
I"ll never forget working with Jeena at the Cabin Nature Center in Wood Dale cooking over the fire and sharing our love of the outdoors, while teaching the kids during NEDSRA's after school programs. Her passion for life was contagious and her spirit will always be felt in the woods and the wind, always. Thank you "Wack" for sharing so much energy and fire! You have been and will be missed but always remembered! :)
Thank you to Jeena's family for sharing her with the field of parks and recreation. She will be forever remembered for her kindness, passion, professionalism and dedication. Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of you. Jenna was a remarkable woman who will be missed by many.
