Condolences
Bill Gray was my birth father. I only met him once but it was a nice meeting. I met his wife Suzanne too. I wish I knew him. My prayers are with his family. At the time I met my birth father my name was Barb Kaatz. Bill has 2 granddaughters Samantha and Mary and 5 great grandchildren, Ava, Aaron, Nathan and Maddeline whom he didn't get the chance to meet. He sounded like a remarkable man. Rest in peace Bill
I know this is a couple of years old, but I wanted to pay my respects to the grandfather I only met once. He is my mother's birth father, and i met him when I was about 3 or 4 years old. I wish I could have met him again. From everything I read, he seemed like a very respectable, caring man. My condolences to the rest of the family.
Dear Suzanne,
Bill was a great guy and I am so sorry about your loss. He had such a wonderful disposition no matter how much he was suffering. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Suzanne, Sorry to say I did not know your husband well but I feel that I do know you and he must have been a special person. I'm sure he will be missed by many. So sorry again for your loss. Jo Ann & Ken Beyers
I will miss my dad very much, you always think there will be time, but you always need more time,my dad and I seemed to think alike,we could be in the same room but we didn't always have the need to speak,we would look at each other and smile, when I was an altar boy and my dad the speaker,I loved it when we were on the same side of the altar and we would be kneeling together,he would look over at me and wink, that little wink meaned so much much to me,I'm missing right now that phone call and on the other end he says joe this is your dad, which anybody that knows him knows he never needs to announce himself,I'm going to miss him so much, tuesday we saw a rainbow in virden and my sister saw one over florida while flying,I know it was him saying that everthing is great and to go on with your life and to live with all the colors of the rainbow in our lives, daddy I love you so much,I will never let you go and I can't wait for the time we can be together again love your son joey
Bill was a very special person In my life. He will not be forgotten!!!
For those who don't know me I am Patricia Smith's (Bill's Daughter) husband.I have had the honor of knowing Bill and Suzanne Gray for the 10 years that me and Patti have been married. And from the very first time that I met Bill, I have always had the utmost respect and admiration for him. He was always smiling and willing to do whatever everyone else wanted to do,never thinking of himself. He was the most knowledgable man I have ever met.He knew so much and was always willing to share what he learned with someone else.I am also very much Grateful to Bill for having such a wonderful, caring, loving Daughter,Patti, because thankfully that is how I got to meet such a great man.And without Patti we would not have 2 beautiful daughters (Chelsea and Cassidy). So I will say "Bill you have made me the luckiest Husband/Father in the world". We will never forget you ...With all our love and prayers

Bill and Suzanne were very active while I was Pastor a few years ago. Both have suffered much and given even more to their God. I know Bill will be watching over Suzanne and family. May he rest in peace and may all the souls of the FAITHFUL departed live in eternity with our Loving God. May God bless!
