Obituary of Josh DeBose

Josh DeBose 22, of Virden, formerly of Girard, IL, passed away Wednesday morning, May 11, 2011 at his residence. He was born Thursday, September 1, 1988 in Springfield, IL, the son of Michael D. DeBose Sr. and Carla (Lewis) Schwehr. Josh had attended Girard High School with the class of 2006. Josh loved animals (especially dogs),the outdoors and fishing. He enjoyed his family, friends and his new niece. Josh listened to Country music and dreamed of traveling to Florida and watching the dolphins play in the ocean. Deceased family members are grandparents, Roy and Mary DeBose. Surviving Josh are mother, Carla Schwehr of Virden, father, Michael D. DeBose Sr. of Murphysboro, grandmother, Mary Lindgren of Girard, sisters, Cassie DeBose and Christie DeBose of Eldorado, brother, Michael DeBose Jr. of Murphysboro, and sister Brooke DeBose of Virden, 2 nieces, 2 nephews and several cousins. Funeral Information Friends may call at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Girard from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, May 12, 2011. Funeral service will take place, 1:30 P.M., Friday, May 13, 2011 at the funeral home. Pallbears assisting with the funeral are; Tyler Barnes, Michael DeBose Jr., Greg Bolino, Shawn Bolino, Keith DeBose and Steve Lindgren. Burial will be in Girard Cemetery.
