Barbara Irene Costello
age 65, of Carlinville passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2009 in Carlinville. Barb was born September 18, 1943 in Hettick, daughter of Raymond and Irene (Cravens) Thornton.
Barb retired in 2006 after 20 years as a cashier at Harmon's IGA Store in Carlinville. She loved her family and to travel the United States.
Surviving family members are, Companion Charles Chance Jr. of Carlinville, Son Andrew Costello wife Melinda of Hettick, Daughters Michelle Pocklington and Jennie Costello of Carlinville , 6 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, Brother Larry Thornton of Hettick and a Niece and Nephew. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M.Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home on Friday evening.
Burial will be in Hettick Cemetery Donations Information
