Kenneth Colvin, Sr.
56, of Carlinville, formerly of Springfield, Illinois, passed away Friday evening, November 8, 2013 at the Carlinville Rehab and Health Care Center in Carlinville.
He was born on May 9, 1957 to Robert and Anna (VanHuss) Colvin in Divernon, Illinois. He graduated from South East High School in Springfield with the class of 1975. Kenneth worked for a museum in Ardmore, Oklahoma as a grounds keeper and in the maintenance department. He was also a welder.
Kenneth is survived by 2 sons - Kenneth Colvin Jr., and Robert Colvin, both of Springfield, Illinois; 3 brothers - Donald Edward Colvin of Flora, Illinois, David Keith Colvin of Springfield, Illinois, and Daniel Scott Colvin of Springfield, Illinois; sister - Susan Diann Blood of Springfield, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Ernst LaFollette Colvin, Sr., mother, Anna Pearl Colvin, 3 brothers; Eugene Robert Colvin, Robert Ernst Colvin Jr., and Jerry Lee Colvin. Funeral Information
