Glenn F. Bumgardner, age 89, of Carlinville formerly of Chesterfield died Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Jersey Nursing & Rehab Center in Jerseyville, IL. Glenn was the son of William Frank and Molly (Bell) Bumgardner and was born in Salisbury, IL on May 17, 1919.
He married Juanita (Ellegood) September 16, 1942 in St. Louis, MO. Glenn was a self-employed grain and dairy farmer in Chesterfield, IL. He also transported milk to Prairie Farms Dairy in Carlinville, IL and did custom baling. Glenn was a member of the United Church of Chesterfield and the Gideons.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, January 26, 2009, 10:30 A.M. at the Chesterfield Bible Church of Chesterfield. Family and friends may call Sunday, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Chesterfield. Burial will be in Loomis Cemetery in Chesterfield, IL. Donations Information
