Nora Jane Brown 77, of Carlinville, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. She was born Wednesday, May 10, 1933 in Carlinville, IL, the daughter of Harold and Opal ( Morgan) Crays. She retired as a retail store manager in Carlinville. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, sewing, crafting and ceramics. Her greatest joy was playing bingo. Survivors: daughter, Diana Lea Carlson of Miamisburg, OH, son, Rick Brown (Janet) of Carlinville, IL, 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great grandchildren, Sisters, Wanda Tigo (Don) of Carlinville, IL and Shirley Heyen (Gerald) of Shipman, IL, Brother, Thomas Crays (Sandy) of Carlinville, IL. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard D. Brown, parents, granddaughter, brothers, John, Harold Jr., Larry, Robert, and Richard Crays. Funeral Information Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 14 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville, IL. There will be no services.
