Crystal A. Witt, 56, of Springfield, formerly of Girard, passed away on Thursday morning, March 2, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
Crystal was born on July 24, 1960 to Coy and Vera King in Carlinville, IL. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1979 and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal's fan.
Crystal is survived by her father, Coy Witt of Alton, IL; brother, Kevin Witt of Loami, IL; sister, Kim (John) Marsh of Girard, IL; brother Lynn (Sara) Witt of Alton, IL; nieces and nephews, Brittany Hendricks, Miranda Witt, Chance Witt, Bailey Hunter, Megan Smith, Kate Marsh, Maddie Marsh, David Witt and Erica Witt.
Crystal was preceded in death by her mother, Vera E. (King) Lawson and a brother, Greg Lawson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10:30 am at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Girard, IL with Rev. Charles West officiating.
Private graveside services will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Palmyra, IL.
Memorials may be donated to the Epilepsy Foundation.
