Georgia M. Weller, 79 of Carlinville, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at her home surrounded by family.

Georgia was born November 3, 1946, in Virden, IL, a daughter of Melvin and Flonnie (Rigney) Patton. Georgia attended Virden High School. She married Gene A. Weller on January 18, 1963, in Virden, IL.

Georgia was a cosmetologist. She helped on the farm. She also had worked in Retail. She loved crafting and was talented with her wood carving, stained glass, and ceramics. She was a member of Cross Church. She loved her family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary VanHuss and brother-in-law Jim VanHuss.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Cross Church, 1030 West Main St, Carlinville, IL.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 6:00 pm, Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Cross Church, Carlinville, IL.

Georgia is survived by her husband, Gene A. Weller of Carlinville, IL, daughter, Patty (Dennis) Bouillon of Carlinville, IL, son, David (Meri Beth) Weller of Farmersville, IL, daughter, Stacey Rouse of Carlinville, IL, 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and brother, Gene (Betty) Patton of Springfield, IL.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Carlinville Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
