Nancy F. Trojcak, 92, of Girard, IL, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Monday, October 13, 2025.

Nancy was born August 27, 1933, in Carlinville, IL, a daughter of Clayton and Gustava (Fite) Harrison. Nancy graduated from Girard High School with the class of 1951. She married John P. Trojcak on July 6, 1953, in the Christian Church Parsonage in Girard, IL.

Nancy had a few jobs before finding her true calling. She first worked at Innman Department Store in Carlinville. Later she became the receptionist and assistant for the Dr. Mark Wade Chiropractic Office in Carlinville. Finally Nancy found her greatest passion as a homemaker and mother. She was great at yard work and housekeeping; having a beautiful home was one of her many joys. What really made Nancy so great was her love of helping and taking care of others. Nancy's family was her life; she was very proud of the family she made and nurtured over the course of her long, loving life.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and son, John C. Trojcak.

Per Nancy's request cremation rites and private family services will be held at a later date.

Nancy is survived by her husband, John P. Trojcak of Girard, IL, son, Scott (Kris) Trojcak of Girard, IL, son, Jay (Justina) Trojcak of Litchfield, IL, grandson, Josh (Alexa) Trojcak, granddaughter, Staci (Jon) Hays, granddaughter, Carson (Izik) SanMiguel, granddaughter, Kacy (Chance Olson) Trojcak, granddaughter, Courtney (Amanda) Pingleton, granddaughter, Kira (Companion Blake) Trojcak, and grandson, Bryce (Brooke) Trojcak, seven great grandchildren, Colson, Brooklyn, Scarlett, Jaxon, Kaelyn, Tori and Summit.

Memorials may be made to Girard Fire and Rescue.
