Obituary of Luke Parker Boente

Lucas Parker Boente Lucas Parker Boente, age 22 of Carlinville passed away at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday May 13, 2008 at Carlinville Area Hospital. He was born January 27, 1986, in Litchfield, IL. first child to Greg P. & Regina "Tink" (Goodman) Boente. Luke was in the maintenance and propane division of J.F. Boente & Sons in Carlinville since he was 15 years old. He loved spending time with his family and friends and being a "Big Brother" to his sisters. Luke's hobbies included, goose hunting, bass fishing, golfing and spending time outdoors. Luke was a graduate of Carlinville High School, class of 2004 and had attended Lewis & Clark and Blackburn College where he played golf. Surviving family members: Parents: Greg & Tink Boente Sisters: Brooke & Lauren "Nikki" Boente Grandparents: Gene & Jan Goodman and Larry & Shirley Boente Great Grandmother: Eula Ornellas Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and Duke. Funeral Information Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, May 16, 2008 10:00 A.M. at Ss. Mary & Joseph Catholic Church in Carlinville. Friends may call Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the church. Prayers will be offered at 2:30 P.M. at the church. Burial will be in New Calvary Cemetery in Carlinville.
