Mary Catherine Atteberry
age 89, of Carlinville passed away Thursday evening, October 2, 2008 at the Carlinville Rehab Center. Catherine married Merle Atteberry in 1944 and he died December 8, 2007. She was born, September 14, 1933 in Greene County, IL. the daughter of Joseph and Lena (Koster) Costello. Catherine had worked for the Carlinville Glove Factory until her retirement. She was a member of Ss Mary & Joseph Catholic Church and graduated from Mt.Olive High School.

Sisters: Marie Young, Caroline Regli (husband Phillip), Theresa Burns (husband John) all of Carlinville and Flossie Burnitt of Tuscon, AZ.

Friends and family may call, Monday, October 6, 2008 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. the same day with Rev. Tom Donovan officiating.
Burial will be in New Calvary Cemetery in Carlinville. Donations Information
